Who We Are

Wellmade is a sandwich shop & retail market pouring excellence into everything we do! We are proudly owned by Well Restored Properties, LLC. The company’s CEO, Greg DeVries, is also the founder and visionary behind Wellmade.

In 2023, Well Restored Properties purchased the historic bank building, built in 1970, that Wellmade now calls home. Greg, along with his daughter and son in law, Chandler & Harvest Argo, set out with a mission: to bring new life, community spirit, and local charm to Scottsboro, Alabama.

After nearly two years of renovations, obtaining permits & licenses, and learning as they went, Wellmade officially opened its doors in late May 2025.
